Antonio Bernabé-Ortiz is a researcher at Universidad Científica del Sur. With 20 years of research experience and more than 300 scientific publications, Dr. Bernabé-Ortiz’s work focuses on non-communicable chronic diseases, particularly type-2 diabetes, obesity and hypertension.
In the COLMA project, Dr. Bernabé-Ortiz is a co-investigator and leads the development of educational diabetes contents for the intervention. In addition, he is the co-lead of the Data Management and Ethics Committee.
