Pamela Smith-Castro is a lawyer with a Master of Laws (LLM) by the University of Syracuse. Pamela is Executive Director of the NGO Sociedad y Discapacidad (Society and Disability), where she coordinates advocacy initiatives, implements projects and collaborates with organizations of people with disabilities. In addition, she is a professor of the Department of Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with a particular focus on socio-legal research in topics related to disability and structural inequalities.
In the COLMA Project, Pamela coordinates the Community Engagement and Involvement strategy, linking the Lived Experience Advisory Panels’ perspectives into the different project components.
